Flat Service is a Czech property management company based in Prague that has been helping apartment owners with rentals and property management since 2010. Over the years, we have built an extensive portfolio of managed properties and a team of experienced managers.
We are a proud partner of Prague Property Management, and thanks to this collaboration, we manage hundreds of apartments across Prague. Our clients are investment property owners who want passive income without day-to-day operations.
We offer two main management models — Partner for maximum yield and Garant for guaranteed regular income regardless of occupancy. In both cases, we assume full responsibility for your property.
